Human Resources/Benefits Trainee

Dietrich Metal Framing is seeking students interested in careers in Human Resources. This position requires a bachelor's degree in a related field, strong written communication skills, time-management skills, and a detail-oriented personality. Familiarity with HRIS software and benefits administration/processing preferred. The training program for this position is twelve months in length and includes six months in Operations and six months in Human Resources/Benefits. The training program is a hands-on and not a classroom experience.
