Industrial Engineering Trainee

Dietrich Metal Framing is seeking students interested in careers in
Industrial Engineering. This position requires a B.S. in Industrial
Engineering and a high degree of analytical & problem-solving skills
and mechanical aptitude. Successful candidates must have good interpersonal
skills and be able to interact with others while working on high-level
projects. Training for this position is conducted at our Warren, Ohio
facility. Students will begin their training in the manufacturing environment
and then progress to reviewing & analyzing production processes and
procedures. After completion of the training, the successful candidate's
goals would include cost analysis and improving throughput, safety,
cost efficiencies, and quality.
