Operations Management Trainee

Dietrich Metal Framing is seeking students interested in careers in Operations Management. This position requires a bachelor's degree in any discipline, strong leadership abilities, and the desire to work in a manufacturing environment with machines, material, and people. Training for this position is conducted at our largest plant locations and is an intensive hands-on, not a classroom, experience that will prepare students for all plant management positions. During the twelve-month training period, students will spend from two to six weeks in each department providing a broad foundation for Operations at Dietrich Metal Framing.

This position requires relocation. The Company will pay for relocation expenses for housing, meals and transportation.
