Marketing & Sales Trainee

Dietrich Metal Framing is seeking students interested in careers in marketing and sales. This position requires a bachelor's degree in any discipline. This training program offers two separate career paths, one into marketing and one into sales. The marketing career path job functions include pricing strategy, margin management, forecasting, sales personnel management and daily interaction with operations. The skills needed for this career path would include very good communication and analytical skills. The sales career path job functions include market activity and share management, market positioning and intelligence, product launches, jobsite visits, and strong customer relationships. This career path requires an outgoing and assertive personality with good communication skills. Training for both career paths starts at our Warren, Ohio facility as a Marketing and Sales Trainee. This training program is an intensive hands-on and interactive experience that will prepare students for a successful career with Dietrich Industries. During the three-month training period, students will begin their training in the manufacturing environment and then progress to the marketing and sales functions. The Marketing & Sales Trainees will be relocated following the completion of their training program.

This position requires relocation. The Company will pay for relocation expenses for housing, meals and transportation.
